3 Step Rewind And Birth Reflection

WHAT TO EXPECT: The 3-Step Rewind Method most typically involves three sessions, although sometimes you might want a fourth session. The sessions can be received over video call or in person. Each session can take up to an hour. In some cases, if you feel you still need more work, it is possible to repeat this process. At the end of the process, you will have a chance to reflect on the process and to consolidate and embody the shifts that have taken place from the Rewind process. If you feel you are affected by the birth of your baby and want to move on and feel more at peace, please get in touch.

The simple but effective steps will help you to move through past traumatic experiences, acknowledge their current impact on your day-to-day life and create a path forward so that you can release the difficult feelings associated with the memory

You DO NOT have to share the details of your experience for the process to be effective. As long as the memory is there, you can be guided through the steps and find relief.
